Creating Perfection

I love what I do and have a real passion for creating wedding cakes. My speciality is working with fondant, and I especially enjoy creating sugar flowers.
I have worked in the cake industry for many years, during which I have built up a wealth of experience and the technical skills necessary for creating edible works of art.

I am a perfectionist and understand how important it is to get even the smallest details right. I have high standards and no cake leaves my studio unless I am completely happy with it.
